What is the best web based free alternative to Photoshop? - web based testing
I am an amateur photographer and have started with Picassa 3rd I refuse to buy Photoshop, because photography is a hobby. I know that a number of web-based tools like Picasa, but everyone knows what is best. I want something to change this myself with the image a little, they complete without a photo to play a work of art.
