My son has eczema and a case of Benin, it is difficult to treat. I use a lotion called Renew Intensive Skin Therapy on and it works very well. He should have only one example of Benin, but you try it. Have you tried the cream from your doctor? Triamcinolone works best for me. No, I think, his face thinner skin.
