The treatment of gonorrhea:
* Cipro ® XR 500 mg single dose or
* Levaquin ® 500 mg single dose or
* Tequin ® 400 mg as a single dose;

Treatment for chlamydia:
* Doxycycline 100 mg 2-3 times daily amounts for 10-14 days, or
* Zithromax ® (azithromycin) 1.0 g single dose or
* Zithromax ® Z-Pak ® (azithromycin) - 500 mg on day 1, followed by 1 tab (250 mg) once daily for 4 days

# Treatment of Trichomoniasis: --
Antibiotics - Metronidazole 500mg 2-3 times daily for 7-10 days. It is particularly important that both parties should be treated in the same time, because an infected man, even a man who never had symptoms or whose symptoms have ceased, can still infect a sexual partner he was treated. Who treated for trichomoniasis should avoid sex until they and their sex partners have completed treatment.

The treatment of bacterial vaginosis: antibiotics - metronidazole 500 mg 2-3 times daily for 7-10 days

No, that metronidazole is active only against anaerobic bacteria, as they lead to BV. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are aerobic and therefore metronidazole has no effect on gonorrhea or chlamydia. Azithromycin both chlamydia and gonorrhea, and, perhaps? BV.
